Zenith Global, now part of IQ-EQ, seeks a Business Development Operations Specialist in Milan to strengthen the Growth Function. You will support opportunity management from qualification to launch, coordinate commercial documentation, and maintain client data and KPIs.

The role offers flexible working with remote up to three days per week, a chance to work with structured finance professionals, and growth within a global advisory group.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance or a quantitative/scientific discipline.
• Strong English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative and proactive, with interest in structured finance.

Mansioni

• Support the operational management of business opportunities, from the qualification stage through to the launch of new initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate commercial, contractual and project documentation to support Business Development activities.
• Manage the collection, organization and updating of information relating to clients, prospects and transactions.
• Prepare periodic reporting, KPIs and analyses to support the Business Development leadership team.
• Support the preparation of presentations, commercial proposals and other documentation intended for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper document filing and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

To strengthen its Business Development team, Zenith Global is seeking a Business Development Operations Specialist who will report directly to the Chief Business Development Officer and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the operational management of business opportunities, from the qualification stage through to the launch of new initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate commercial, contractual and project documentation to support Business Development activities.
• Manage the collection, organization and updating of information relating to clients, prospects and transactions.
• Prepare periodic reporting, KPIs and analyses to support the Business Development leadership team.
• Support the preparation of presentations, commercial proposals and other documentation intended for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper document filing and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Finance or a quantitative/scientific discipline
• Ideally a previous experience in Financial Services
• Strong English, both written and spoken
• Collaborative and proactive, with interest in structured finance
