Oberalp Group is seeking a Brand Activation Specialist to coordinate B2C and B2B events, drive sports marketing partnerships, and lead product education activities. This role is based in Bolzano or Milano, Italy, working within a renowned group that creates high quality technical mountaineering products.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sports marketing or event management, alongside strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The annual gross base salary ranges from €28,000 to €34,000, plus additional target bonuses.

For the brand Blackroll, we are looking for a Brand Activation Specialist to coordinate B2C and B2B events, drive sports marketing partnerships and lead product education activities.

Responsibilities

• Planning, execution and reporting of the annual sports marketing and event calendar (B2C and B2B)
• Organization and on-field management of brand activations, events, workshops and demo sessions
• Delivery of product education and training sessions to retailers, gyms and health professionals
• Development and adaptation of marketing materials and training tools in line with brand guidelines
• Controlling and reporting of the marketing and event budgets
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective execution of activations and training programs
• Support seasonal campaigns through field activities and experiential marketing initiatives
• Collection and sharing of feedback and insights from the field to improve product positioning and training effectiveness
• Ensure strong brand representation across all physical touchpoints and partner interactions

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sports marketing, event management, club/gym trainer/coach
• Solid understanding of the sports and wellness industry; interest in fitness, recovery, and performance is a must
• Hands-on experience in organizing and executing events, activations, and product demonstrations (B2C and B2B)
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience in delivering product training sessions
• Good English skills; German is a plus
• A people person with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and on the field
• Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel frequently for events, trainings, and partner visits
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Annual Gross Base Salary Range: 28.000€ - 34.000€ + additional target bonus of 5-10% of base salary
