Binance Accelerator Program is an internship designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the fast-growing digital assets space. You will develop skills in recruitment within Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem, with networking and professional development opportunities.

Current university students or recent graduates are invited to apply. Terms of employment shall be subject to contract and local applicable laws.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR/related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in an international tech-driven environment.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for coordination with overseas partners.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, local boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain data in the ATS (Greenhouse/Lever) accurately.
• Support market mapping and competitor research for hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Join weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Suggest process improvements based on observations.

About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
