Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for Early Career talent to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing digital assets space. You will work on the KYC system, spanning backend services and frontend interfaces, and will have opportunities for networking and development to propel your career.

Current university students or recent graduates are welcome. Terms subject to contract and local laws.

Competenze

• Computer-related bachelor’s degree required; final-year students welcome.
• Solid Java fundamentals and understanding of OOP; basic multithreading & networking.
• Some exposure to Spring/Spring Boot via coursework or projects.
• Familiar with MySQL; NoSQL is a plus.
• Basic understanding of middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Frontend basics: HTML/CSS/JS; React or Vue preferred.
• Ability to read/write technical docs in English; good spoken English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full-stack development and maintenance of the KYC (Know Your Customer) system, covering both backend services and frontend features
• Assist in drafting and implementing the interface documentation for KYC business modules
• Participate in feature testing and regression for KYC releases, and help troubleshoot issues reported by the QA team
• Support the CS team in resolving and classifying customer issues for system improvement

Requirements

• Computer-related major, bachelor’s degree (final-year students and fresh graduates are both welcome)
• Solid Java fundamentals and good understanding of OOP; basic awareness of multithreading and networking concepts
• Some exposure to Spring / Spring Boot (coursework or personal projects are sufficient)
• Familiar with basic MySQL usage; knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus
• Basic understanding of common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka (hands-on experience is a plus, not required)
• Full-stack interest: some frontend foundation (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); familiarity with React or Vue is preferred
• Good logical thinking, teamwork and a strong willingness to learn
• Able to read and write technical documents in English; good spoken English is an advantage
