Heritage is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition intern to join our growing team in Lombardia. You will support sourcing, screening CVs, and interviewing candidates while building pipelines for critical roles across the firm.

Working closely with hiring managers and senior TA professionals, you will learn executive search techniques, help standardize processes, and contribute to onboarding and KPI reporting in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your role

As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in finding the exceptional talent that will define Heritage’s future. As we scale, every search is an opportunity to raise the bar for the entire firm.
You’ll support daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to build teams capable of matching our ambition. Activities will include:

• Manage sourcing channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews and proactively build pipelines of exceptional candidates: going beyond inbound applications to identify and engage high‑caliber talent who may not be actively looking.
• Learn and apply the executive search methodology to conduct direct research (mapping target companies, identifying and approaching passive candidates, building structured talent maps)
• Learn to communicate with hiring managers: understanding their real needs, aligning on role requirements and establishing a clear, structured way of working together throughout each search.
• Implement talent development and performance management initiatives
• Support and execute onboarding activities that set new joiners up to contribute from day one.
• Create reports to monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics
• Provide ad‑hoc support for broader HR‑related tasks.

What we are looking for

• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
• Driven, active listener, humble and hard‑working
• University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar will be considered a plus
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Can join from October/November 2026 for a 6‑month internship
