Arcadis is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate BIM activities, ensure design quality against requirements, and manage external consultants for projects based around Milan. The role requires travel to site and strong coordination with multiple disciplines.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in related fields, a relevant engineering degree, and fluency in English with good Italian. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and ACC is essential, with additional credit for MEP, firefighting, and data

Competenze

• At least 10 years of experience in related fields.
• Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Building engineering or related sector.
• Excellent English (C1) and good Italian (B1).
• Knowledge of Italian construction legislation; AutoCAD, Revit (Autodesk) and ACC work platform.
• Ability to travel autonomously.
• Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be a plus.
• Proven construction management experience in Data Center will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of project management procedures will be a plus.

Mansioni

• Management of coordination activities in a BIM environment, formulating inputs and observations on the ACC platform.
• Verification of the qualitative and quantitative technical contents of the design in relation to project requirements in various work phases.
• Punctual verification of work carried out by external consultants and management of their invoices.
• Coordination of permitting activities and specialist consultancy to obtain building permits.
• Preparation of summary reports relating to project phases for company management.
• Management and monitoring of planning, verification, and control of execution times for Arcadis teams and external suppliers.
• Collaboration with field staff and department colleagues to anticipate and resolve project-related problems.
• Collaborating with managers of various disciplines to maintain a strong team.
