Arcadis seeks an experienced BIM/Construction Coordinator for projects in the Milan hinterland, mainly east and south of Milan. The role involves coordinating BIM activities, verifying design compliance with project requirements, and liaising with external consultants.

Travel to sites is expected. The candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a degree in Mechanical/Civil/Building Engineering, and strong English (C1) with working Italian (B1).

Competenze

• At least 10 years of experience in related fields.
• A degree in Mechanical, Civil/Building engineering or related sector.
• Excellent English (C1) and good Italian (B1).
• Knowledge of construction regulations in Italy and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Willingness to travel autonomously; site presence required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate BIM activities and verify design content against project requirements.
• Supervise external consultants and manage their invoices.
• Coordinate permitting activities to obtain building permits.
• Prepare summary reports for company management across project phases.
• Monitor planning, timing, and execution with Arcadis teams and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with field staff and other disciplines to resolve project issues.
