Arcadis in Milan area seeks an experienced BIM professional to coordinate activities across project phases, ensure design quality, and deliver on schedule. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to manage permits, reports, and invoicing using the ACC platform, while engaging with discipline managers to keep projects on track and foster strong on-site teamwork.

With at least 10 years in related fields and a degree in Mechanical, Civil/Building Engineering, you will leverage

• Ten years of experience in related fields.
• Excellent English (C1) and good Italian (B1).
• Strong knowledge of Italian construction regulations and legislation.

In this role you will coordinate BIM activities across project phases, ensuring design quality and on-time customer deliveries. You will work with internal and external teams to manage permits, reports, and scheduling using the ACC platform. You’ll engage with discipline managers to keep the project on track and foster strong collaborations on site with cross-functional teams. This position offers the chance to shape complex projects and deliver sustainable solutions in Milan area.

• Coordinate activities in a BIM environment and provide inputs on the ACC platform
• Ensure official customer deliveries
• Hold periodic review of external consultants' work and manage invoices
• Coordinate permitting activities and specialist consultancy for building permits (environmental permits a plus)
• Prepare summary reports for project phases for management
• Plan, verify, and control execution times for Arcadis teams and external suppliers
• Collaborate with field staff and colleagues to anticipate and resolve project issues
• Work with multidisciplinary managers to maintain a cohesive team and enhance individual contributions
• At least 10 years of experience in related fields
• Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Building Engineering or related sector
• Excellent English (C1) and good Italian (B1)
• Strong knowledge of Italian construction regulations and legislation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (Autodesk) and ACC work platform
• Ability to travel autonomously
• MEP and firefighting disciplines knowledge is a plus
• Construction management experience in Data Center is a plus
• Knowledge of project management procedures is a plus
