Arcadis in Milan area seeks an experienced BIM professional to coordinate activities across project phases, ensure design quality, and deliver on schedule. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to manage permits, reports, and invoicing using the ACC platform, while engaging with discipline managers to keep projects on track and foster strong on-site teamwork.

With at least 10 years in related fields and a degree in Mechanical, Civil/Building Engineering, you will leverage

Competenze

Ten years of experience in related fields.
Excellent English (C1) and good Italian (B1).
Strong knowledge of Italian construction regulations and legislation.

Mansioni

Coordinate BIM activities across project phases and ensure design quality and on-time deliveries.
Collaborate with internal/external teams to manage permits, reports, and scheduling using ACC platform.
Review external consultants' work and manage invoices.
Coordinate permitting activities and environmental permits as applicable.
Prepare summary reports for project phases for management.
Plan, verify, and control execution times for Arcadis teams and external suppliers.
Frequent site presence and cross-functional teamwork.
