Job summary

Techproject S.r.l. seeks a BIM design professional to contribute to building and infrastructure projects in Italy and abroad. You will develop ARC, STR, and MEP models and coordinate interdisciplinary work, delivering documentation to support design phases.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering or architecture degree and BIM certification per UNI 11337, with strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. In-person work in Rome is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and/or Architecture.
• BIM Specialist certification in accordance with UNI 11337.
• Organizational skills and autonomy in managing tasks.
• Problem-solving aptitude and flexibility in multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• BIM design of buildings and infrastructure projects in Italy and abroad.
• Development of models in ARC, STR, and MEP disciplines.
• Coordination of models and verification of interdisciplinary consistency.
• Production of documents to support the design phases.
