Quadax is seeking a skilled department supervisor to coordinate activities and staff, ensuring timely delivery of services across onshore and offshore teams. You will guide and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and oversee billing processes within a dynamic, multinational environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and leadership with ongoing process improvements and cross-team communication.

Competenze

• Four-year degree or similar level of experience.
• 2–4 years of experience managing staff in a business environment.
• Experience working with software and systems.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people.
• Proven ability to attract, develop, coach, and retain high performance teams.
• Ability to set priorities and communicate initiatives clearly to staff.
• Demonstrated integrity, positive attitude, and goal-oriented initiative.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and supervise department work assignments and staffing levels.
• Monitor work lists to verify tasks are completed within required Turn Around Time.
• Conduct staff meetings, including onshore and offshore team members.
• Participate in client meetings regarding processes and billing issues.
• Conduct monthly quality audits to ensure SOP compliance and targets.
• Measure productivity against targets for each staff member.
• Supervise staff adherence to policies and coach, counsels, and evaluates performance.
• Review timesheets and monitor overtime.
• Resolve unusual or difficult claims with insurance companies.
• Suggest process improvements based on analyses.
