VF Corp. in Pederobba (TV) is seeking an Account Coordinator fluent in Spanish & English to join our Wholesale Customer Service team and manage accounts across the EMEA region.

You will own the order-to-delivery lifecycle, support orderbook accuracy, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve conversion. Ideal candidates bring outstanding Spanish and English communication, strong Excel reporting skills, and understanding of logistics and DC activity.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Spanish & English verbal and written communication.
• Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
• Understanding of logistics and DC activity.
• Ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for Wholesale accounts across the EMEA region.
• Track the lifecycle of accounts from order entry to final delivery.
• Manage email communication and participate in meetings with stakeholders.
• Compile and generate Orderbook reports related to customers.
• Follow end-to-end order to shipment process and liaise with the DC for timely shipping.
• Monitor shortages and delays with sales operations to maintain a clean orderbook.
