Job summary

VF Corp. in Pederobba, Italy, seeks an Account Coordinator fluent in Spanish and English to join the Wholesale Customer Service Department.

You will manage accounts across the EMEA region, track orderbooks from entry to delivery and coordinate with DC and planning teams to ensure timely shipment. You will generate reports, participate in stakeholder meetings, and support sales operations with accurate, timely communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience managing end-to-end order to ship processes.
• Proficient in data interpretation and reporting in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Wholesale accounts.
• Track lifecycle of accounts from order entry to delivery.
• Prepare and interpret orderbook reports.
• Liaise with DC and planning to resolve shortages and delays.
