VF is seeking the first point of contact for Wholesale accounts across the EMEA region, owning the full order lifecycle from entry to final delivery and coordinating with central and regional teams to optimise conversion and ensure timely shipments.

You will compile and present Orderbook reports, participate in internal and external meetings, interpret daily operational data, and liaise with the distribution centre to manage shortages and delays while keeping customers informed.

• Outstanding Spanish & English verbal and written communication.
• Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
• Understanding of logistics and DC activity.
• Ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Understand and manage accounts across several markets in the EMEA region and ensure timely orderbook conversion.
• Compile and generate Orderbook reports related to customers.
• Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and manage email communication.
• Interpret a variety of daily reports as needed by the business.
• Follow the end-to-end order to shipment process, liaising with the DC to ensure timely shipping.
• Track shortages and delays to supply and communicate with customers to maintain a clean orderbook.

Let's Talk about the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our Wholesale accounts, responsible for tracking the lifecycle of accounts from order entry to final delivery, along with being the first point of contact for the Team on Operational activities. You will engage and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth orderbook management, with a main focus being optimizing conversion by utilizing pivotal connections with central and regional functions.

Hiring Range : £21.600,00 GBP - £27.000,00 GBP annually
