Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French and Italian with excellent English for internal comms.

Responsibilities

• Interact by phone or email to advise clients on workflow and VDR processes.
• Provide first-line technical and operational support to clients and users of the VDR platform.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships and manage multiple engagements.
