Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist (English & Russian) based in Italy to manage webinars, email campaigns, chatbot automation, and promotional channels. You will own marketing funnels from content creation to technical setup, execution, and performance tracking in a fully remote role.

You will work with ManyChat and HubSpot, coordinate external placements, update the website, and monitor results to improve campaigns.

Formación

• At least 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Advanced Russian proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong written communication skills in English for marketing content.
• Proven ability to execute tasks reliably and follow projects through to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows with high quality.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, maintain, and quality-check webinar landing pages and tracking links.
• Moderate live webinars with engaging audience interaction.
• Write, edit, and implement conversational copy for ManyChat automations.
• Build, configure, and optimize trigger-based automated chatbot flows.
• Research promotional channels and identify placement opportunities.
• Create and proofread persuasive promotional copy for campaigns.
• Track campaign activity and conversions in spreadsheets.
• Write, configure, and manage email marketing campaigns and automation sequences.
• Create and manage HubSpot scheduling workflows.
• Maintain the company website with regular content updates.
