Saipem is seeking an Estimator to join the Tendering Department in the Energy Carriers (ENCAR) line. You will develop bid cost estimates, analyze tender packages, and coordinate with the Proposal Manager to define project budgets and pricing for client submissions.

The role requires an Engineering Master degree, English B2 and Italian C1, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. A hybrid work model and opportunities to travel abroad are offered. Location: Milan office.

Competenze

• Engineering Master Degree required.
• English (B2) and Italian (C1) language skills required.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Proficiency with Office applications.

Mansioni

• Assist the Proposal Manager in defining the bid cost structure.
• Analyze tender documents and study scope of work, schedule, resources and equipment.
• Develop bid cost estimates for activities and services including staff and materials.
• Identify critical materials and assist in vendor quotation selection.
• Prepare bid price sheets, cash flow, and price/cost details for client use.
• Prepare the Initial Project Budgeting case for contract award.
