Trina Solar is seeking a Project Engineer (Utility BESS) to join our Utility Storage Team in Italy or the UK. You will lead the development of project plans and oversee the technical aspects of BESS projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering and has at least 5 years of experience in renewable energy. Fluency in English and an ability to travel across Europe are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in renewable energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of communication protocols such as RS485, CANBUS, Modbus TCP/RTU.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally 20–30% of the time.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans.
• Own the technical scope of BESS projects, including design validation and integration planning.
• Supervise the design process to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
