Sephora USA, Inc. in Lucca is seeking a Specialist to actively manage the store floor across makeup, skincare, fragrance and Sephora Collection.

You will support the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team, drive the store's commercial and HR initiatives, and monitor KPIs to motivate the team toward targets. The role requires 3–4 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments, with a focus on data-driven performance and customer engagement.

Competenze

• Minimum 3-4 years in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor).
• Experience in multinational retail environments preferred.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and daily reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage store floor across one or more product categories.
• Coordinate communication between Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
• Support managers in daily activities and HR strategy development.
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs to drive results.
• Coordinate promotions, events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
• Manage stockroom and replenishment cycles according to merchandising plans.
• Train new hires and mentor growth with managers.
