Sephora Bologna is seeking a Specialist to actively manage floor operations across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection, ensuring excellent service and strong commercial results.

You will support the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team, monitor KPIs, coordinate promotions and launches, manage stockroom, and train new hires in collaboration with managers.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in similar roles, solid KPI knowledge and budget awareness.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster collaboration.

Mansioni

• Manage floor operations across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
• Facilitate communication between Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
• Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store strategy.
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs to motivate performance and results.
• Coordinate promotions, events, launches, CRM campaigns, and other merchandising activities.
• Manage stockroom and ensure optimal stock levels per replenishment cycles.
• Implement company procedures and commercial policies from central departments.
• Train new hires and guide growth in collaboration with Managers.
