Sephora USA, Inc in Genova seeks a Specialist to expertly manage the sales floor across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection. You will coordinate between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team, supporting daily operations and driving the store’s commercial and HR strategy.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
• Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• Ability to manage a team and foster a positive, collaborative culture.

Mansioni

• Manage the floor comprehensively across one or more product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection).
• Coordinate communication between Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
• Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store commercial and HR strategy.
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs and motivate the team to achieve results.
• Coordinate promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, and other activities.
• Manage stockroom and maintain optimal stock levels per replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
• Implement company procedures and central commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communications).
• Train new hires and guide them through growth paths in collaboration with Managers.
• Interact with diverse groups, building strong relationships and recognizing team successes.
