Sephora USA, Inc. in Roma is seeking a Specialist to actively manage the sales floor, support the Store Manager, and lead the Beauty Advisor team to deliver exceptional customer experiences daily.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate promotions and events, train new hires, and contribute to the store's commercial and HR initiatives while ensuring stock levels and adherence to procedures.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.

Mansioni

• Manage the floor comprehensively across key product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
• Facilitate communication between Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
• Support daily activities and contribute to store commercial and HR strategy.
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs and motivate the team to achieve results.
• Coordinate promotions, events, new product launches, and CRM campaigns.
• Manage stockroom and ensure optimal stock levels per replenishment cycles.
• Implement company procedures and central policies on pricing and promotions.
• Train new hires and guide their growth with Managers.
• Interact with diverse groups and build strong relationships.
