San Clemente Palace Venice is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead all banqueting and event operations for weddings, corporate functions, gala dinners, and luxury private events at one of Venice's iconic venues.

You will manage planning, setup, and execution from start to finish, lead the banqueting team, coordinate with clients and departments, and uphold the hotel's heritage, standards, and safety.

Competenze

• Experience in banqueting or events management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Mansioni

• Planning and executing all banqueting and event operations from setup to completion.
• Leading and managing the Banqueting team to ensure impeccable service.
• Liaising with clients, event planners, and internal departments to meet requirements.
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B team to create customized menus and experiences.
• Managing event budgets, revenue targets and cost controls.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety throughout operations.
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards and service excellence.
• Supporting F/B leadership in developing innovative event concepts.
