San Clemente Palace Venice is seeking an Event Sales Manager to drive MICE and private events on-site at our Venice property. You will manage client inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires managing event calendars, site inspections, key accounts, and revenue targets, while updating CRM systems. You will participate in networking and industry events to boost brand visibility and growth.

Competenze

• Strong event-focused skills, including MICE planning and management, delivering high-quality guest experiences for private and corporate events.
• Proven sales capabilities: lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, to build rapport, present proposals, and maintain client relationships.
• Experience managing private events (weddings, celebrations, exclusive gatherings) in luxury hospitality.
• Background in hospitality, events, or tourism; previous hotel or resort experience is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail for multiple events and deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM and booking systems; comfortable with MS Office and calendaring tools.
• Fluency in English; Italian or other European languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Venice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
• Opera Cloud knowledge.
