San Clemente Palace Venice is seeking an Event Sales Manager to drive MICE and private-event bookings in Venice. The role is full-time and on-site, requiring close collaboration with clients to understand requirements and with internal departments to ensure flawless execution.

You will manage event calendars, conduct site inspections, nurture key accounts, and report on revenue targets using CRM systems. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Competenze

• Experience delivering high-quality guest experiences for private and corporate events.
• Proven sales capabilities with lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client proposals and relationships.
• Experience managing private events such as weddings and exclusive gatherings.
• Hospitality or tourism background with hotel or resort experience helpful.
• Strong organization and time-management to handle multiple events.
