Hire Feed is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join a full-time position in Italy. You will represent clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings and draft petitions, motions, and related filings while advising on debt restructuring and asset protection.

The role involves legal research, strategy development, and participation in court and creditor meetings to guide clients through complex financial distress and bankruptcy processes.

Competenze

• Active license to practice law in the United States with bankruptcy experience.
• Experience filing and litigating Chapter 7, 11, or 13 bankruptcy cases.
• Strong legal research and writing skills in bankruptcy law.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and client circumstances to develop case strategies.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
