Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Counsel to work on a Full-Time basis. The role requires advising on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions. You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk.
