Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Corporate Counsel to work remotely on a full-time basis. The role focuses on advising on governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions while supporting high-impact legal initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

You will draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, oversee regulatory filings, and lead due diligence for transactions. This position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and exposure to global legal matters.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Active membership in at least one state bar with corporate law experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance regulations.
• Ability to analyze legal risks and provide actionable business guidance.

Role Overview:
