Capco is expanding its Italian consulting team and seeks a Business Analyst to work with leading banking clients on Core Banking transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver requirements, documentation, and IT solutions for complex banking projects.

You will translate business needs into functional specs, support testing, and participate in workshops, with English sessions and a strong emphasis on stakeholder

Formación

• Must have 3 years minimum experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Consulting.
• Proven understanding of business process redesign and process improvement.
• Experience in IT projects (systems implementations, migrations, enhancements).
• Strong knowledge of core banking processes (current accounts, payments, lending, customer master data).
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and documentation (BRD, FRD, test cases).
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
• Proven stakeholder management with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements for Core Banking systems.
• Produce structured functional documentation (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories).
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT teams.
• Support IT solution definition and assessment within Core Banking initiatives.
• Interface with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Perform functional impact analysis and manage change requests.
• Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) with test case prep and validation.
• Participate in workshops and meetings, conducted in English.
