You will develop and optimize tailored products, work closely with cross-functional teams, and provide technical support to clients. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in formulation and product development, particularly in meat or ready meals, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in structured companies, preferably in meat, ready meals, or pasta sectors.
• Proven expertise in formulation and product development.
• A minimum B2 level of English; interview will be in English.
• Solid theoretical knowledge in instrumental, rheological, and sensory analysis.
• Willingness to relocate or reside within one hour of Milan.

Mansioni

• Develop and optimize innovative, tailored formulations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Quality/Regulatory teams.
• Provide technical support to customers focusing on savory applications.
• Monitor competitors and attend trade fairs.
• Visit customers with the sales team for technical training.
