Job summary

Satispay is seeking a Software Engineer III, Backend Developer to design and build scalable payments systems. You will own the full story lifecycle from intake to production release and contribute to robust, high-quality backend solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You’ll mentor peers as you grow your technical leadership, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help ensure service stability while aligning with the roadmap.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industry experience with Java.
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS a plus).
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in FinTech or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the story lifecycle from intake to production release.
• Contribute to technical excellence with scalable backend solutions.
• Grow technical leadership and mentor peers.
• Estimate effort and resolve blockers, participate in incident resolution.
