Satispay is seeking a Backend Software Engineer II for the Consumer Growth Domain. You will design and build scalable backend features to drive user growth, reduce friction for new users, and create long-term value for our community.

You’ll own core services and work with AWS-based infrastructure to support the growth of a six-million-user platform. You will collaborate across Product and Stakeholders, enhance onboarding and security flows, and contribute to loyalty mechanics and monetization

Competenze

• Experience building scalable microservices in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot with relational databases.
• Experience with GenAI-driven features and cloud services (AWS Bedrock, LangGraph).
• Ability to write clean, testable code and perform thoughtful code reviews.

Mansioni

• Contribute to Story Lifecycle by designing, developing, and releasing features from local development to production.
• Build high-reliability systems behind onboarding, document verification, and security flows.
• Develop backend services for shop discovery, transactions, and personalized consumer journeys via CRM integrations.
• Contribute to Plus subscriptions, referrals, and loyalty mechanics with a solid technical foundation.
