Satispay is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer for the Consumer Growth team. You will shape technical direction, own complex services, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable payments, identity, loyalty, and engagement features.

You will mentor engineers, drive high engineering standards, and own end‑to‑end delivery from design through production, with a focus on reliability and operational excellence in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of back‑end software engineering experience.
• Proven track record with microservices and cloud environments (AWS a plus).
• Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and external dependencies (e.g., banking protocols).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate across teams.

Mansioni

• Build, design, implement, and operate services powering the consumer experience.
• Lead cross‑team technical discussions and document architecture decisions.
• Raise engineering quality via testing strategies, safe rollouts, and reducing technical debt.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers on cross‑service dependencies and event‑driven patterns.
