EDAG Italia is seeking an Automotive Supersport Car Project Manager (Junior and Senior) to lead design, development, and validation for interior, exterior, or body & closures systems in Modena or Bologna.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scope and timelines, monitor progress against cost and quality targets, and ensure compliance with standards while collaborating with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive product development with focus on Interiors/Exteriors or Body & Closures.
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA, SIEMENS NX) and PLM systems.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; willingness to travel abroad.

We are looking for talentedAutomotive Supersport Car Project Managers(Junior and Senior profiles)to provide high-quality technical support to our customers in vehicle integration, quality and troubleshooting activities.

Opportunities are available both inModena and Bologna locations.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the design, development, and validation activities in one of the following areas: Interior / Exterior / Body & Closures of Supersport Car.
• Define project scope, timing, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Act as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Manage implementation of risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues.
• Lead technical reviews and decision-making processes throughout development phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.

Your Skills That Will Help Us to Get Ahead:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Total compensation:

• Contract type:[Permanent ]
• Gross annual salary (RAL):€[30.000] – €[50.000] (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
• Smart working:individual remote working agreements
• Working hours:Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility

The final compensation package (including base salary) will be defined based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise and overall fit for the role.
