EDAG Italia is seeking an Automotive Supersport Car Project Manager (Junior and Senior) to lead design, development, and validation for interior, exterior, or body & closures systems in Modena or Bologna.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scope and timelines, monitor progress against cost and quality targets, and ensure compliance with standards while collaborating with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive product development with focus on Interiors/Exteriors or Body & Closures.
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA, SIEMENS NX) and PLM systems.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; willingness to travel abroad.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for design, development and validation in interiors/exteriors/body & closures.
• Define project scope, timing, and deliverables aligned with program objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress regarding cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Act as main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and suppliers.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues.
• Lead technical reviews and decision-making throughout development phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
