Job summary

EDAG Group's Vehicle Engineering division is seeking Automotive Supersport Car Project Managers (Junior and Senior) to provide high-quality technical support in vehicle integration, quality and troubleshooting. Opportunities are available in Modena and Bologna.

Lead cross-functional teams across Interior, Exterior or Body & Closures, define scope and schedule, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards while collaborating with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive product development, with a focus on Interiors /Exteriors or Body & Closures.
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA, SIEMENS NX) and PLM systems.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Availability for short business travels abroad.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the design, development, and validation activities in one of the following areas: Interior / Exterior / Body & Closures of Supersport Car.
• Define project scope, timing, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Act as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Manage implementation of risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues.
• Lead technical reviews and decision-making processes throughout development phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.

Opportunities are available both in Modena and Bologna locations.

Total compensation:

• Contract type: [Permanent ]
• Gross annual salary (RAL): €[30.000] – €[50.000] (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
• Smart working: individual remote working agreements
• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility

The final compensation package (including base salary) will be defined based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise and overall fit for the role.
