TMC Italia is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead cross-functional initiatives in the automotive sector. You will manage meetings, track anomalies, monitor progress, and prepare reports for management, with occasional travel.

The role requires an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, the ability to read drawings, fluency in Italian and English, and 2+ years of experience. This is a permanent position with a competitive package.

What we expect from you

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €36.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
