The role offers a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary of at least €31,000, plus a project profit-sharing component, a dedicated learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.

About This Vacancy

You will be involved in the design and development of software applications, from requirements analysis to deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions and continuously improve system performance and reliability.

What We Expect From You

• M. sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education
• 1–3 years of experience in software development
• Proven experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#)
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Fluency in English and Italian

What You Can Expect From Us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
