TMC Milano is seeking a Process & Supplier Quality Engineer to improve production processes and supplier quality. This on-site role requires 3-5 years in manufacturing, preferably in industrial automation or intralogistics.

You will manage non-conformities, perform root cause analyses, and drive 8D-based improvements. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree, speaks fluent English with Italian at C1, and is comfortable traveling within Italy/Europe.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Industrial, or related fields).
• 3-5 years in Process Quality, Supplier Quality, or Quality Engineering in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Familiarity with the 8D methodology.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English; Italian at C1.
• Willingness to travel ~1 time per month in Italy/Europe.

At the end of the selection process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final gross annual salary higher than the indicated amount.In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a profit-sharing component on projects, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
