TMC is seeking a Mechanical Designer with CREO expertise for the Defense sector in Rome. You will participate in the entire product development cycle, from requirements definition and initial sketches to validation and production, applying your CAD skills to mechanical designs and analyses.

The role requires a Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of CREO experience, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Master's Degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of product development, design and analysis with CAD CREO (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of PTC Creo; CAE tools a plus.
• Experience with metallic and plastic materials.
• Italian C2 and fluent English; strong teamwork and communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Participate in the entire product development cycle from requirements to production.
• Design, develop and validate mechanical components using CREO and CAE tools.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in CREO for the design, development, and validation of various products in the Defense sector.

What we expect from you

• Master's Degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, design, and analysis with CAD CREO (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of PTC Creo
• Nice to have: knowledge of CAE tools (Ansys, Nastran, Patran...)
• Experience with metallic and plastic materials
• Italian C2 and fluent English
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
• Skills in analysis and problem solving

What you can expect from us

The position involves a permanent contract, and the offered base gross annual salary (RAL) will not be below €30,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an individual skills growth budget of 4,000 euros net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with the current company policies.
