SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Technical Delegate to join our team and support an important Client. The TD will perform missions to accelerate repair vehicles in EE and may work at dealer shops or on cross‑vehicle issues.

He/She will be part of the technical Assistance process, fill CIR-A reports, and collaborate with Engineering to provide robust solutions. Full traceability will be maintained using PAMIR, and efficiency will be measured by lead times and positive solutions.

Competenze

• Experience in automotive diagnostics and field service.
• Ability to summarize and communicate clearly in English.
• Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams and keep traceability.

Mansioni

• Perform missions to accelerate repair of vehicles in EE.
• Visit dealer shops and collaborate with engineering on robust solutions.
• Fill CIR-A reports to explain issues affecting several vehicles.
• Maintain full traceability using PAMIR; monitor case lead times.
