MSX International is seeking an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues. You’ll diagnose electrical/electronic faults, read wiring diagrams, and provide hands‑on guidance on-site or remotely. Proficiency with OEM tools such as wiTECH and DiagBOX is required to ensure first‑time‑right repairs.

You’ll contribute to technical reports, coach technicians, and help drive continuous improvement across fleets and service networks.

Competenze

Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service.
Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults.
Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams.
Ability to support and guide technicians.
Preferred: field-based or multi-site/OEM background.

Mansioni

Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults.
Use OEM tools (wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization.
Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets.
Create clear technical reports and case updates.
Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance.
Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement.
