Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the performance marketing function for a strategic partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a small team. You will shape partnership strategy, drive measurable ROI, and manage complex stakeholder relationships across cross-functional teams worldwide.

The role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, requiring leadership in ambiguous environments and a data-driven approach to optimize investments and improve partnership health.

Competenze

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for daily analysis and complex joins.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Ads, attribution platforms, dashboards).
• 5+ years of people leadership and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Mansioni

• Lead a 2–3 person marketing team and set OKRs.
• Own the marketing P&L and optimize cross-channel investments.
• Design and oversee experimentation roadmap and analytics.
