Job summary

Infront in Milano is seeking an Associate General Services (m/f/d) 100% to support the Head of General Services with quotations, supplier management, and maintenance scheduling. You will gain hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems in a dynamic sporting events environment.

The role offers a hybrid working model combining in-office and remote work, with emphasis on teamwork, accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle emergencies and adapt under pressure.
• Basic technical knowledge of plant engineering and building systems.
• Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar General Services role.

Responsibilities

• Draw up and evaluate quotations with Head of General Services, request supplier quotes, and verify costs and terms.
• Interact with suppliers, activate them, and agree on work, timings, and urgent repairs; verify work quality.
• Acquire knowledge of Infront's premises systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Manage and monitor maintenance activities, track deadlines and documentation.
• Update technical documentation, floor plans, diagrams, certifications and maintenance logs.

Your main tasks

• Work closely with the Head of General Services to draw up and evaluate quotations, requesting quotes from suppliers and verifying costs and terms.
• Interact directly with suppliers, activating them and agreeing on work to be carried out and timings for routine and non-routine maintenance, as well as urgent repairs, whilst verifying the quality of the work executed.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the systems at Infront’s premises, specifically electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC (air conditioning) and other technological systems.
• Manage and monitor maintenance activities, checking deadlines, work carried out and the relevant documentation.
• Check and update technical documentation, including floor plans, diagrams, certifications and maintenance logs.
