Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Associate Executive Recruiter to support senior management hiring by aligning with experienced Executive Recruiters and gradually leading end-to-end searches. You will combine execution, sourcing, and talent intelligence to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes building capability, stakeholder collaboration, and developing market insights to inform search strategies across Europe.

Role Purpose

The Associate Executive Recruiter supports the delivery of Senior Management (Executive) hiring by partnering closely with experienced Executive Recruiters, while progressively building capability to independently lead searches end-to-end. This role combines execution, sourcing, and talent intelligence, contributing to high-quality hiring outcomes while developing the core skills required to operate as a full Executive Recruiter.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery (with increasing ownership)

• Support the end-to-end execution of senior management hiring processes, including coordination, candidate management, and interview scheduling
• Partner with Executive Recruiters to understand role requirements and search strategies
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Gradually take ownership of searches or sub-projects, with coaching and guidance

Integrated Sourcing & Talent Identification

• Identify and engage potential candidates using direct sourcing, research, and networking techniques
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future executive hiring needs
• Conduct targeted market mapping and competitor analysis to identify relevant talent pools

Talent Intelligence & Market Insights

• Support the gathering and analysis of executive talent market data, trends, and competitor insights
• Translate research findings into structured insights to support search strategies and hiring decisions
• Prepare executive talent maps, candidate longlists, and supporting materials for stakeholder discussions

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Executive Recruiters and cross-functional partners to ensure aligned and efficient delivery
• Participate in intake discussions and contribute insights to search strategies
• Develop early-stage stakeholder management skills, building confidence in interacting with business leaders over time

Your Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Initial experience in executive recruiting, talent sourcing, research, or talent intelligence
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, professional networks, and research methodologies
• Strong interest in executive-level talent acquisition and market dynamics
