SC Johnson in Arese, Italy is seeking a Senior Associate, Customer Marketing to drive commercial activities, collaborate with the sales team, and achieve turnover and market-share targets.

You will define category plans, manage launches, oversee promotions, analyze sellout data, develop artwork and trade materials, and work with regional teams on branding campaigns. A degree in Business/Marketing and 3+ years in FMCG trade marketing are required; English and Italian fluency are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
• Commercial background with at least 3 years in Trade Marketing/Marketing in a multinational FMCG company.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Own Net Sales, market shares and KPIs for assigned categories.
• Define category plan and strategy for launches, distribution, promotions; oversee local tracking.
• Lead NPD projects to ensure timely go-to-market.
• Analyze sell-out data: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors.
• Implement consumer and trade promotion plans.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners with regional/local teams.

Senior Associate, Customer Marketing - Location: Arese, Italy - Function: Customer Marketing. This role is eligible for international relocation. You will be a key player of Customer Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial activities, according to Regional & Country Group Category Strategies, working closely with the sales team in Italy to achieve turnover & market share targets.

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
• Commercial background with at least 3 years in Trade Marketing/ Marketing in a multinational FMCG company.
• E-commerce experience would be a plus.
• Fluent both in English and Italian.
• Experience using market data (e.g., AC Nielsen).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools is an advantage.
• Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function.
• Problem solver, high level of autonomy.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
• Demonstrate dynamism and curiosity.
• Full Time: 36 Hours per week (8 Hours from Monday to Thursday, 4 Hours Friday).
• Office work environment: Remote work available once a week.
• Will be in the same office with Italian Category Teams (Arese).
• Open office.

The expected gross salary range for this position is between 38 800,00 EUR - 50 900,00 EUR.

Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary.

In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
