The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at Four Seasons Naples Beach Club oversees operations for The Merchant Room, a refined French-American steakhouse. You will lead a team to deliver polished, memorable guest experiences, balancing classic steakhouse service with French-inspired culinary artistry.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of supervisory F&B experience, strong leadership, and a passion for exceptional service.

Competenze

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Four Seasons standards, policies and SOPs.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other F&B computer systems.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Flexible schedule to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist in selecting, training, evaluating, and leading restaurant staff to meet standards.
• Maintain strong presence, recognize teams, and address guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure quality/presentation of all food items and oversee wine/spirits knowledge.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop menus and wine lists; attend interdepartmental meetings.
• Assist in managing labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Inspect and maintain restaurant facilities and equipment for operational excellence.
• Assist with beverage service and guest seating to enhance dining experience.
• Oversee cleaning/maintenance of operations areas for safety and ambiance.
