Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Florida seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Sunset Bar team, uphold luxury service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in a beachfront setting. You will train staff, manage schedules and costs, collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders, and deliver exceptional dining experiences on lunch and dinner services.

Requires a college degree in hotel/restaurant management, strong English, and 2–3 years of supervisory F&B experience; flexible

Competenze

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Proven leadership skills in a hotel environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
• Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons standards.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other F&B computer systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Lead the Sunset Bar team to meet cultural and service standards.
• Be visible in operation, recognize staff, and handle guest requests and concerns.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items and wine/spirits knowledge in an elegant setting.
• Collaborate with Bar Manager and culinary leaders to design menus and beverage lists.
• Control labor and expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Observe facilities for maintenance needs and suggest improvements.
