Four Seasons is seeking a professional line cook to support breakfast, lunch and dinner service at Naples Beach Club. You will prepare items to recipe specifications, set up the station and assist with prep for the next shift.

The role requires high school or culinary schooling, at least two years of kitchen experience, strong knife skills and the ability to operate and clean a wide range of kitchen equipment. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Competenze

• High school education or culinary school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge with on-the-job learning.
• Operate and clean listed kitchen equipment.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Mansioni

• Prepare food items to standard recipes and mise en place for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
• Start items prepared ahead of time to meet demand.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment including fryer, broiler, stove, steamer and more.
• Date and rotate food; manage perishables and assist with cost control and waste.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
