Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a team member to support opening operations and deliver exceptional room-service experiences to guests. You will greet guests, describe menu items vividly, and ensure orders reach rooms accurately and promptly.

The role rewards high service standards, offers a comprehensive benefits package, and a chance to grow within a luxury hospitality brand. Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Be part of the opening team.
• Deliver food orders to guest rooms and verify accuracy.
• Greet guests and describe items with vivid origin, taste, and preparation notes.
• Breakdown, clean and set up room service tables and stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer suggestions.
• Close guest checks with room number and signature.
